How to change Logon Message in Windows7


If you want to change Logon message "WelCome " to your name it is very eassy follow this steps:

Step-1:  First Goto 'C' drive follow this path.........

               'PATH' => "C:\Windows\System32\en-US"

Step-2 : Now open es-US folder and find the "winlogon.exe.mui"  file

Step-3 : Rigth click on this file give administrative full controls.


Step-4 : Click on to "Advanced " Tab............






Step-5 : clisk on "Owner"  tab.







Step-6 : Select admin account and click on Edit button.





Step-7 : select admin acount and then apply ,ok






Step-8 : click om ok.

Step-9 : click on ok.

Step-10 : cliclk on "change permission".






Step-11 : click on Edit........





Step-12 : give fullcontrol and click on OK.





Step-13 : Copy this file and peast on desktp.

Step-14 : download Resourse hacker from below link.

            => Click here Resourse_Hacker

Step-15 : Install this in your PC.

Step-16 : Now run it as administartor in pc as shown in figure.




=>now open this file (which is on desktop)




Step-16 : now click on "String table" and then goto "63" and goto "1033"

Step-17 : change your text and write your text here.



=> now save  file.



=> this will create other file .

=>now copy the "winlogon.exe.mui" and pest it in "C:\Windows\System32\en-US" it will replace the file

=> now open cmd with admin.


=> now type command "mcbuilder".

=>press enter and wait for some time (till curser flash).

=>restart your pc .and enjoy trick.............................!
